Aubree Marshall, MA

Aubree Marshall is an Instructor in the Division of Human Anatomy in the College of Osteopathic Medicine. They’re an instructor for the undergraduate pre-health professionals anatomy course (ANTR 350), the undergraduate human gross anatomy laboratory (ANTR 355), and human prosection courses (ANTR 485, OST 587). They are also an instructor for the MSUCOM pre-clerkship course OST 510: Clinical Gross Anatomy. 

Their research interests lie in both bioarchaeology and medical education. For their dissertation, they analyzed micro-remains found inside of dental calculus to understand diet and food availability and accessibility in ancient Maya populations. They are also interested in understanding student perspectives in learning in human anatomy courses. 

They received their B.S. in Anthropological Sciences and Biology from Radford University (2020) and their M.A. in Anthropology from Michigan State University (2023). They are scheduled to defend their dissertation in Anthropology in the Fall of 2026 from Michigan State University.
