Peter Wang, MD

Peter (Ping) Wang is an Assistant Professor in the Precision Health Program.  Dr. Wang received his bachelor's degree in clinical medicine from Shanxi Medical University in Taiyuan, China, followed by residency training at the First Affiliated Hospital of Shanxi Medical University. He then pursued doctoral research in Imaging and Nuclear Medicine at Fudan University in Shanghai, China. Following his doctoral work and clinical fellowship, Dr. Wang moved to the United States to conduct postdoctoral research at the Molecular Imaging Laboratory in the Athinoula A. Martinos Center for Biomedical Imaging, Massachusetts General Hospital, Harvard Medical School, before joining MSU.
