Careen Loos, ABA

A creative and innovative professional with extensive experience supporting medical programs, Careen Loos is known as a enthusiastic collaborator dedicated to the art of graphic design and outstanding customer support.  Careen oversees the Digital Lab located within MSU Radiology which provides graphics and print services to the department, other units on campus, and to the general public. She also provides support for the Atis K. Freimanis Visiting Professor Program, oversees the Radiology Teaching Cases System and assists with fundraising efforts, including graphic design for items in the Radiology store.

Careen obtained her Associate’s Degree in Business Administration with a focus on Graphics Communications from Baker College. After graduation she gained several years of experience in the print industry and working as a freelance designer. She has a keen understanding of the patient perspective having been an MRI scheduler for 5 years prior to her current role.  She has been with the department of Radiology since 2005 and has specialized training to be MSU “brand certified”.

She has been married to her husband, Jeremy, since 1998 and they have two sons. In her free time, she enjoys gardening, journaling, vacation planning, hosting an annual lemonade stand fundraiser, and miniature Dachshunds.
